I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Matt the carpet guy!

I messaged him and he promptly gave me a quote and a time to come out to do the carpet repair. He did a flawless job, I can't even tell that it was patched. Very wonderful and skilled guy!

Just had my carpeting replaced today and I can't thank Matt and his crew enough.

From the estimate to the actual date of installation was nothing but professionalism and quality customer service. The installers arrived at my home promptly, answered all my questions and when they were finished everything was neat and clean. I really appreciate a business that does what they say they are going to do. I will be using them again soon, as I have one more room that needs to be completed. In addition, the price was very fair for the quality of work and product I received.

Our new puppy decided to use the carpet on our steps as a chew toy. We thought we would have to replace the entire section of carpet on the steps. Google carpet repair and found this great company. Sent pics of the damage to Matt, he gave us a fair quote and we scheduled the repairs. The final cost was less than the quote and it looks GREAT! I would recommend this company to anyone!!

We had carpet put in our bedroom and vinyl plank in a craft room.

Matt's crew was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. They did a terrific job, removed the old carpet and cleaned up thoroughly. The price was fair and reasonable and the service superb. I have had some negative experiences in Delmarva with service jobs and am skeptical. Matt met or exceeded all of my expectations. I would recommend him highly. Great job!

Matt’s company recently installed new flooring throughout my beach house, and the results were excellent.

Matt did a great job of showing us product samples, and explaining the various installation processes before the work started. The installers did excellent work, the prices are reasonable, and I would definitely use Matt’s company again in the future.

I have recommended him to many of my friends and will use him SOLELY for my carpet/flooring needs at the beach. If he would drive to Balto, he'd be recarpeting my whole house there, too. Matt was professional through every step of our transaction. From the very first time I reached out to him, 2 years ago, when he told me my carpet had a few more years of life left, to our most recent encounter which is when we finally pulled the trigger and replaced all of our carpet. He was on time for every meeting and was prepared with all the samples that he thought I would like (based on what I told him of course). He helped me to select a carpet that would meet my families needs. Once we signed a contract with him, he continued to be on time with his appointments and his communication meeting and even going above all of my expectations. He gave me a date of install and never changed that date. The final product is absolutely gorgeous! His company represents the finest of quality and the best of customer service. Matt the Carpet Guy came to our condo in Bethany Beach, brought lots of samples of carpet and laminates, etc., and we picked out just what we wanted - without having to leave home. We scheduled a time for the installation, went home to Baltimore and returned a couple weeks later, after Matt and his crew completed the job. Matt sent pictures after completing the job, but when we finally got back to our condo and saw the completed floors, we agreed that the pictures didn't do justice to the real thing! Matt installed hard-wood style laminate on the first floor and wall to wall carpet up the steps and throughout the second floor - and all of it was done perfectly! Great job by some terrific pro's!
